Healthy dandelions are full of vitamins, minerals and amazing healing properties! Kids are encouraged in self acceptance by finding strength inside the ordinary! ..I never really liked dandelions. In my eyes they were a weed that made our lawn messy. Every time my dad came up to visit I would light up to spy him tuck a screwdriver into his back pocket before our walks outside, because I knew he would dig out those nasty things. Years have passed though and I've become a little wiser. Now, in a playful, simple way this nonna shows kids and grownups how dandelions teach us the ways of nature!
