He offers a history of strategic and operational planning, financial and accounting management, as well as experience in developing and leading diverse teams. Ken has earned degrees in multiple fields, including a Master of Business Administration focusing on Employee Relations from the University of Leicester, a Master's Certificate in Project Management from York University and Memorial University of Newfoundland, and a Bachelor of Arts from Memorial University of Newfoundland. He holds a Certificate in NFP Governance from the Rotman School of Management and a Qualified Mediator designation from the ADR Institute of Canada.
