Richard Dexter Russell was born in Chattanooga Tennessee and raised in Huntsville, Alabama. He's retired US Army and earned a degree from the University of Phoenix. Gave 20 years of his life for his country as a father, husband, soldier, Christian to best serve God, family and country.
