The author is currently working as a researcher in Lucknow University, India with a wide experience in social and environmental research. She has completed her PhD on Environmental Governance in 2011 and awarded the best researcher in social sciences. Born and bought up in a small town, her urban sensibilities are inclined toward social concerns.
