David Oat, an author and retired research scientist, is an active member of the Norwich Historical Society and Guns of Norwich Historical Society. Leslie Furrey is a media specialist for the Norwich public schools, and Dale Plummer is the Norwich city historian and a published author. William Shannon, a retired teacher, and Eric Beit, a member of the Norwich Historical Society and Norwich in Bloom Committee, are both members of the 350th History Subcommittee.
