A business graduate from Mumbai, Samah quit her job as a PR Executive to explore different career possibilities. She then worked for an events management company and has dabbled in modeling as well. The freedom of a freelance job gave her the time to discover her interests and it is in this period that she started to write her first story. During the process she realised her love for the art of storytelling and found that she has many a story to tell. She now regularly partakes in writing competitions and has been selected as the winner by author Preeti Shenoy for the Times of India short story competition.Amongst other things, Samah is inclined towards a future in writing and hopes to encourage people to read and write even if they have other professional jobs. When she is not penning a manuscript she spends her time reading, watching movies, practising yoga, and baking. Traveling and trying various cuisines are big on her list of hobbies. She lives in Mumbai with her parents and three dogs.
