An award-winning newspaper publisher and writer for radio and television, Dale spent many years in marketing and communications. He began instructing in the webinar space over a decade ago. Years before Covid-19 restrictions forced organizations to pivot to the virtual space, Dale was crafting and delivering virtual learning experiences to clients around the world. Beginning in 2015 he delivered monthly on-line webinars to people from all walks of life. He has used a variety of webinar software platforms and has become familiar with some of their quirks as well as some of their advantages. He has kept a notebook of almost every mistake that can be made in the virtual space, and nearly everything that can go wrong.
