Glenda Rueger Payne is passionate about personal healing and spiritual growth and has dedicated her life to these studies. She loves writing to inspire others on their healing journey using her life story as an example. Retired from a sales and marketing career now due to a rare form of muscular dystrophy, she took up the pen in answer to her life-long love of writing. Post retirement, she completed two certifications in the field of Energy Psychology. This book is a testament to how Glenda practices what she learned to keep her compromised body functioning and to bring healing and clarity to the trauma of her young life. She loves nothing more than assisting others in finding their own path to personal fulfillment. A resident of Oregon Wine Country, she enjoys family life with her husband and two cats.
