Summer Paradis is a native New Englander, school psychologist, and paranormal investigator. She co-authored Gone But Not Forgotten: New England's Ghost Towns, Cemeteries and Memorials and New England's Scariest Stories and Urban Legends. Sandra Vivian Graul is originally from the Philippines, transplanted to Maine as a military brat and realized she was a "sensitive" in early childhood.
