Sameer Kuchay is pursuing his doctorate from the Department of Linguistics, University of Kashmir. He has completed his M.Phil, M.A and BSc degrees from the same university. He has been associated with the CIIL, Mysore & UGC, New Delhi in various capacities. He has presented/published many research papers at various national/international platform.
