Nourishment for the Spirit is a practical guide for daily Christian living. In this work, Dr. Donald Robinson gives biblical lessons, practical exercises, and points of reflection for the sincere believer who seeks to do as Paul the Apostle commanded us to do: "Have nothing to do with godless myths and old wives' tales; rather train yourself to be godly. For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present and the life to come." - I Timothy 4:7-8 (NIV)
