In summary, a series of diversely functionalized 40 imidazopyrazoles and bridgehead imidazopyrazoles have been synthesized via versatile straightforward synthetic routes. Our work is introduced in four parts. Part I includes synthesies of imidazopyrazole thione and its neculophilic substitution. Part II is about addition, condensation reactions and formation of hydrazienyl derivatives. Part III is about chalcone formation and its cyclization. Part IV is about assessment of anti-diabetic activity of newely synthesised. All compounds were characterized by IR, 1 HNMR, 13CNMR, and mass spectra as…mehr

All compounds were characterized by IR, 1 HNMR, 13CNMR, and mass spectra as well as elemental analyses. Based on the screening results, almost all the synthesized compounds exhibited significant biological efficiency. It can be concluded that we have synthesised forty compounds. These compounds contain mainly moiety of imidazopyrzole; moreover, sixteen of these compounds were examined for anti-diabetic activity as compared to standard drug.
