Sometimes the development of experiment is ahead of suitable development of theoretical approaches to understanding some of the obtained experimental results. This was the case with NQR-NMR DRLC method, especially of isotopes with integer spins due to the abundance of spectral lines because of multiple transitions (compared to NQR of half integer spins where the double degeneration of energy levels significantly reduces the actual number of spectral peaks), one of the reasons being poor availability of some publications made originally in Russian. A number of ways is shown to better understand some of the new modeling features proposed by the author. Comparison of the proposed approaches with several spectra from the experiments is in favor of such proposals and makes it evident that the quality of the models becomes better when considering the improvements.

My education was shaped by English School No. 77 in Russia, Perm, State university of Perm (PSU ¿ Physical faculty), and also by what is now titled as Baltic Federal university (BFU). I carried out my research whilst lecturing at BFU, PSU, and Perm State Pharmaceutical Academy (at the department of Physics and Mathematics).
