Frank G. Tunstall ejerce como obispo y superintendente de la Heartland Conference, IPHC, en Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Fue el pastor pionero de la Northwet Christian Center en Oklahoma City, donde sirvió a la congregación por 23 años. También fungió como presidente de la Southwestern Christian University en Oklahoma City. El Dr. Tunstall posee licenciaturas de Emmanuel College, Methodist College, Oral Roberts University y Tulsa University. Además, tiene un doctorado en Ministerio de la Phillips University. El y su esposa, Lu, llevan 44 años de casados y tienen dos hijos y cinco nietos.
