The contemporary scenario in the life of health organizations forces leaders to care for the well-being and development of health professionals to obtain better results from organizations. These results are obtained through actions that include increasing the level of well-being, motivation and satisfaction of employees in health services.The objective of this research work is to understand, describe and analyze the Organizational Citizenship Behaviors of Nurses at the Raoul Follereau Hospital in Guinea-Bissau from the perspective of Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance.Thus focusing on a meaning of expression on: what to do, how to do it, with whom to do it, for whom to do it and with what objective to do it to increase the level of motivation and satisfaction of employees.
