Andrew Hindle is the Strategic Commissioning Lead for Older People and Long Term Conditions at Dudley NHS, England. A Registered and District Nurse, Andrew has worked in strategy and commissioning since 2004, including the regional 'Champions for Older People' programme to ensure quality care for this client group. Alison Coates is Lead for Teaching and Learning (Nursing) in the School of Health and Population Sciences (Nursing and Physiotherapy) at the University of Birmingham, England. She has extensive experience of nursing older people with both physical and mental health needs and teaching on this area of care.
