La dott.ssa Sandhya Tiwari, attualmente direttrice del Dipartimento di inglese dell'Università di Palamuru, è un'esperta accademica e un'oratrice. Ha conseguito il dottorato di ricerca in inglese presso la OU, Hyd. Ha tenuto oltre 200 conferenze su invito, è autrice di 09 libri e 72 articoli. La dott.ssa Tiwari ha ricevuto il Prof. Shahane Memorial Award, il Distinguished Women Achiever Award e molti altri.
