This final thesis deals with the dietary behaviour of young athletes aged 20 to 28. The aim is to understand the use of the Nutri-Score in the target's food choices. The Nutri-Score is a nutritional tool introduced in April 2019. It is identified by a coloured alphabetical scale placed on the product packaging, for easy reading by all. For this purpose, a qualitative study is carried out through semi-directive telephone interviews with 10 people practising different sports in an amateur way. In short, we can state that the French give more importance to their diet by eating healthy, this behaviour is all the more present among sportsmen and women in order to meet their physical objectives. Moreover, the majority of sportsmen and women do not consume food supplements and give little importance to the Nutri-Score in their choice of products despite their healthy and balanced diet.
