In the ornamental bulbous plants, tuberose flower occupied a very selective and prime position to flower loving people because of their prettiness, elegance and sweet pleasant fragrance. The tuberose flowers and spikes are durable, remain fresh for long time and stand for distant market transportation due to their waxy nature appeared on the flowers. Tuberose is a heavy feeder and requires a large quantity of NPK, both in the form of organic and inorganicfertilizers. Fertilizers have great influence on plant growth and flower production in tuberose.
