Umesh Gadekar, has obtained his degree in social work in 2007, Since then he has worked with microfinance institutions at various level. Currently he is working as Assistant Director/Assistant Professor in Yashwantrao Chavan School of Rural Development, Shivaji University, Kolhapur (MS) India.
