The changes in the eating habits of adolescents in recent years, together with other behaviors aimed at consuming too much or too little food, have led to countless health risks, because they are vulnerable to aesthetic and consumer fashions, peer pressure and the country's health education policies. The consequences are eating habits and behaviors that have often been called behavioral pathogens. However, existing studies on eating habits are not very abundant, especially if we refer specifically to adolescents, and those that do exist have focused mainly on the study of the prevalence of obesity.
