Fruit (bilimbi, apple peel, elephant apple, orange peel, fig, peach leaves, laukot, strawberry, olive, persimmon, dates etc.), vegetable (bitter gourd, broccoli,,etc) ornamental and herbal plants can be used as nutrient and bio-medicinal value for human health benefit. Protocols are developed based on how these plants, fruit, vegetable and ornamental flower, leaves and shoots can be used as bio-drug and biomedicine in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and biomedical industry. Innovative research findings on medicinal and herbal plant, fruit and vegetable used as biomedicine is described well depending upon a lot of research data. Different biochemical analysis, molecular level related to Biotechnology like DNA, RNA isolation and band/finger print, T-DNA, Gene for transgenic plant production, rapid cell multiplication by cell suspension culture/tissue culture using latest applied technology are mentioned what have been found as innovative research. I believe that this manuscript would be helpful for researchers and research students who are interested in doing research on medicinal and fruit plants as well as fruit and vegetables food nutrient content considered as human nutrition.
