Pre-school children are at an age that is very critical in determining their future health and food acceptance, as determined and acknowledged by many nutrition research projects and surveys. Children learn from each each other and their role models, here they are the pre-school teachers and personnel. It is essential that children learn about what they are supposed to be eating and how much of that food they need daily. The role models too need to be educated likewise ti be able to deliver the correct nutrition to these children. In this book a curriculum is outlined that aids in these two essential requirements to help future pre-schools deliver a successful nutrition education program. The educational program is very easy to deliver and fun for the children. This way they enjoy the experience of learning about nutrition.
