Obesity is a significant health problem today. As reported by many studies on the COVID-19 pandemic, overweight and unhealthy people have a higher risk of COVID-19 severity (Yang et al. 2021). The purpose of this research is to provide a model for weight loss by choosing a plant-based diet, intermittent fasting, and measuring daily progress. The methodology used is case study, with observations over four years. A case study is used to analyze the model and to teach in many disciplines within universities such as medicine, management, chiropractic, dentistry, psychology. Based on the results of previous empirical studies, the subject changed his diet and behavior and was able to lose 45 kg (95 pounds) in about 18 months, and maintain a correct weight for two years. The main conclusion is that by following this model of nutritional changes and regular measurements, people can reduce their weight to a normal level and maintain it for a long period of time.
