As for the health workers, 71.4% were able to define nutrition education and 75% its importance. The administration of vitamin A was systematic in 85.7% of cases from 6 months of age. Growth monitoring and weighing rates were not known from the age of 1 year; the interpretation of the curve was not done with the mothers and only 25% gave nutritional advice to the mothers during the prevention sessions. Health workers were not motivated for 64.3%. As for community leaders, 50% of ComHA presidents had not been trained in ComHC management, more than 71% said they had not organized talks, and only 14.3% had ordered expenditures from their own funds. More than half of the communesdid not have an updated CSDP and budget lines allocated to food and nutrition.
