Prakash Paneru from Nepal was born on 15 Dec 1990. Mr Paneru is currently working as a Technical Officer at Nepal Agriculture Research Council which is the apex body of Agriculture Research In Nepal. The author is provided with merit scholarship in his intermediate level, Bachelor level and also in Post graduate level from Government of Nepal.
