Dr. Blackman received her B.A. in Psychology from Stanford University and her Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside. Dr. Blackman teaches and conducts research at the University on eating and exercise behavior. She is also the author of Mind Your Diet: The Psychology Behind Sticking to Any Diet (2008).
