The development of food and beverages starts from tapping the traditional/ indigenous wisdom after establishing rapport with the indigenous people. The task does not end with these in recent time. This book is the outcome of my tremendous efforts. Death is inevitable in living beings. So, nothing is more interesting to study how the ageing process (i.e. Senescence) can be defer in a Natural way. On this perspective how one can survive for a long time in the earth has thoroughly discussed in this book. It not only tells us the mystery of death of an organism but also gives an idea about the understanding of different aspect.
