The first chapter of the present study deals with the nutritional assessment and quality of life of patients under naturopathic treatment in a specialized clinic, where anthropometric data were evaluated as indicators of nutritional status, BMI, biochemical tests, and the use of a specific and already validated questionnaire for assessing the quality of life of oncology patients SF-36, considering treatment time, whether or not chemotherapy and radiotherapy were performed, presence or absence of metastasis, and other indicators for assessing the quality of general aspects of life and level of satisfaction reported by patients.In the second chapter, the nutritional assessment of adolescent schoolchildren is addressed, the BMI was classified, focusing on obesity, development of chronic noncommunicable diseases and possible correlation with school feeding.
