Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women and the leading cause of death. Breast cancer is a heterogeneous multifactorial pathology, the onset of which results from a combination of breast cancer and nutritional factors. This is a retrospective study of the last three years carried out at the Etablissement Hospitalier Universitaire d'Oran '1er Novembre 1954' (EHUO) between 2020 and 2023, involving 245 patients with infiltrating ductal carcinoma and infiltrating lobular carcinoma. The aim of our study is to describe the sociodemographic and dietary profiles of women with breast cancer in a population in western Algeria. From an anatomopathological point of view, the analysis of our samples is divided into two methods, the classical histological study and the immunohistochemical study. The average age most affected by breast cancer is 49.1, with a majority rate for affected women (98.72%), and grade II the most frequent (78.20%).
