The author was born on Martch 03, 1984 G.C in Ethiopia. He joined university of Haramaya in 2003 and graduated in BSc and MPH degree in public health on July 2006 & August 2011 respectively.Moreover, he is serving as regional M&E and Research advisor at USAID funded HIV/AIDS care and support program/Ethiopia.
