The study resulted in a constant in the nutritional level and dietary regimen of patients with chronic renal failure where their sociodemographic and clinical background can vary significantly from one region to another. Aspects such as sex, weight, age, do not have a significant incidence in the development of this pathology that affects millions of people around the world.
