In the public health scenario, the professional nutritionist has the important role of promoting a dietary re-education of the population through the prevention of diseases and the promotion of quality of life. This book outlines the characterisation of the services provided by nutritionists in a community, through consultations to monitor nutritional status, together with the collection of anthropometric data integrated with other health markers such as hypertension and diabetes, from the perspective of SUS users. It is necessary to know the users' perceptions and expectations in relation to the work of the Nutritionist as a way of indicating bases for thinking about this work in public health, making it more effective and efficient.
