This book is a new look at the problem of communication in applications to Artificial Intelligence. Based on the mathematical apparatus of Vladimir Arnold's monads and the symplectic ideas of quantum mechanics by Sergei Novikov, a second-order observer in the communicative context of Niklas Luhmann and second-order cybernetics of Heinz von Förster is built. The exact sequence:observer-0-> observer-2-> observer-1-> observer-0 and equipping textual discourse with an algebraic structure allows us to raise semiotic communication to the crest of the "wave" of quantum mechanics technologies and talk about semantic content in terms of semantic tonalities of spectral complexity. This kind of toolkit allows us to consider the complexity observer Vladimir Arshinov in the refraction of the semantic ornament of Vladimir Roubanov as a model of general artificial intelligence. The author hopes that the above innovations will bring the semiotic theory itself to a new level in its communicative aspect, the foundations of which were laid by Chvrlz Pierce and developed by the Warsaw and Moscow-Tartu semiotic schools.
