This kind of toolkit allows us to consider the complexity observer Vladimir Arshinov in the refraction of the semantic ornament of Vladimir Roubanov as a model of general artificial intelligence. The author hopes that the above innovations will bring the semiotic theory itself to a new level in its communicative aspect, the foundations of which were laid by Chvrlz Pierce and developed by the Warsaw and Moscow-Tartu semiotic schools.

Born on the day of the Paris Commune on March 18. Graduated in 1984 from the Faculty of Physics and Power Engineering of the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology. He learned at the Student Theater of Moscow State University on Mokhovaya, the basics of management activity - at the Institute of Contemporary Development on Delegatskaya.
