Isaac KODJO nasceu em Bunia, uma cidade em Ituri. Após a sua formação superior no ISP/Bunia, em línguas franco-africanas, ocupa actualmente o cargo de professor de francês numa escola secundária não menos aplicada, Complexe Scolaire Jean-Marie de la Mennais.
