Autorenporträt
I am Author Viola King-Santiago. I am the mother of four beautiful children, age thirty-eight, thirty-six, thirty-one, and twenty-nine. I have three daughters and one son. I'm also a Nana to eight wonderful grandkids. I have five granddaughters and three grandsons. I am an avid reader, I also enjoy music. My favorite genres are Gospel, Reggae, Calypso, R&B, Oldies but Goodies, Salsa and House music. I was a single, independent mom for the majority of my life. A few years ago, I was Diagnosed with Biliary Cirrhosis and Ulcer Colitis. I am still currently on the waiting list for a new liver at New York University Hospital. I have been on the list, since 2006. In the meantime, as I wait, I spend most of my days reading, networking with authors and reading Groups and spending quality time with my grandbabies. There are so many Authors, who have given me a lot of comfort, with their writing. I enjoy networking and socializing with them through emails, especially while I was in the process of writing my story. They were a great help and source of motivation!
