Peter M Baptista, MD, Ph.D. is a Professor of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, ENT Department, Clinica Universidad de Navarra, and Faculty of Medicine, University of Navarra, Pamplona, Spain. He is a Senior Clinical Consultant in the area of Sleep Surgery and Rhinology, and works as a senior sleep surgeon, Sleep Unit, Clinica Universidad de Navarra. He has published several papers and book chapters and edited a book on sleep breathing disorders treatment in English and Spanish languages. He is the founder of the Iberoamerican Sleep Surgery Society (SIBECS), and a member of the International Sleep Surgery Society, the Spanish Sleep Society (SES), the American Academy of Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery (AAO-HNS), and the Spanish ENT society (SEORL). His interests focus on enhancing biomedical research work by developing new procedures and improving surgical skills and techniques with cutting edge technology like hypoglossal nerve implants and robotic surgery inthe field of sleep. Rodolfo Lugo-Saldaña, MD, is a Professor of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, Instituto de Salud y Servicios Sociales para Trabajadores del Estado ISSSTE, in Monterrey Mexico where he serves as Medical Director of the Fellowship Program and the Sleep Breathing Disorders Center. Founder of the first university fellowship program in sleep breathing disorders and sleep surgery to otolaryngologists in Latinoamerica. He is board certified in Otolaryngology by the Mexican Board of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery. He is Former President of the Mexican Federation of Otolaryngology's FESORMEX, Former President of the Mexican Rhinology & Facial Plastic Surgery Society SMRCPF and Former President of the Nuevo León Ent College. He is a member of the Mexican Sleep Research Society and the Mexican ENT Society SMORL. He has published four books about sleep breathing disorders treatments published in English and Spanish languages. He is co-founder and former president of the Iberoamérican Sleep Surgery Society SIBECS. He is a Spanish ENT Society SEORL and Venezuelan ENT Society SVORL member of honor. Steve Amado is an Otolaryngologist, Head and Neck Surgeon and Somnologist Specialist. He is an Associate professor of the undergraduate and postgraduate division of Otolaryngology, University Colegio Mayor de Nuestra Senora del Rosario, Bogotá, Colombia. He is a thesis tutor in Somnology, and an author of several book chapters and journal articles. He is currently in private practice and manages referral patients across the country for the integral treatment of Sleep Apnea Disorders. He is an Associated consultant for National and International sleep laboratories. He is Former President of the Colombian association of Otolaryngology's (ACORL) and a board member of the Colombian Sleep society (ACMES) and Colombian Scientific Association (ACSC). He is co-founder and secretary ofthe Iberoamérican Sleep Surgery Society SIBECS.
