Autorenporträt
Peter D. Harms, is Assistant Professor of Management at the University of Alabama. He received his PhD from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. His research interests include the assessment and development of personality, psychological well-being, and leadership. Pamela L. Perrewé, is the Haywood and Betty Taylor Eminent Scholar of Business Administration and Distinguished Research Professor at Florida State University. Pamela has focused her research interests in the areas of occupational stress, coping, organizational politics, emotion and social influence. She is the founding editor of the book series Research in Occupational Stress and Well Being.
