Milk and milk products are important components of the food of humans; source milk is one of the primary source of nutrients especially for growing children. Milk is an excellent sources of calcium, vitamins D, riboflavin, and phosphorous, and is also a good sources of protein, potassium, vitamin A, vitamin B12 and niacin.
