Autorenporträt
Born and brought up in the Welsh marches, Gillie has always loved poetry and started writing whilst at junior school, once winning a poetry competition and having it read on the local radio. She lived and worked in the UK until finally "taking the leap" to a life on the ocean in 2006. Since then she has sailed with friends and solo and is on a slow circumnavigation. She still lives aboard her little sailing boat Tuppenny, which is currently in the waters of S E Asia.
