High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles! Octagon House, in Stamford, Connecticut, was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1979. It was one of a number of octagon houses in the United States. It was located at 120 Strawberry Hill Avenue in Stamford, on the west side of the street just south of (and close to) the Tully Health Center and about a block north of Stamford High School, and on the edge of the Glenbrook section of the city. It was destroyed by fire in 1985.
