Produktbeschreibung
This cookbook is penned by Marc Ribas, who graciously offers us more irresistibly delicious recipes that are easy to make. They're derived from traditional Catalan cuisine, but his dishes have a modern twist that focuses on fresh food that's easy to find. This masterful chef pops the lid on his personal life and allows the reader into his kitchen. He shares his life experiences and the extravagant adventures he's lived at the heart of numerous restaurants throughout Spain. Marc describes the improvisation that takes place when a restaurant finds itself with an unexpected rush of patrons. He talks about rude customers that test any server's patience; he also mentions culinary snobs, and adapting to new trends, like veganism and heightened allergy awareness. Plus, Marc deals with customers that seem to stay at tables for ages, resource shortages, kitchen accidents, and unique culinary requests. Every one of Ribas' stories is derived from secret recipes and his love of rock 'n' roll.
