Born in 1946 in Stoughton Wisconsin, Brad Webb is a life long resident of Wisconsin except for four years in the US Navy and is a Vietnam era veteran. A graduate of Wisconsin State University - Whitewater he holds a BA and MAT (Master of Arts in Teaching). He has retired from a long career in IT and technology. Since retirement he has participated in many conservation efforts. Hobbies include birding, photography, kayaking and working with computers.
