I created this book, featuring the beautiful artwork of Aidan Roberts, to deliver some of my favourite ideas that I have encountered, in a familiar format so they could be enjoyed, and reflected upon with ease. It is my hope that this short book, comprising twenty illustrated verses, will serve as a springboard for you into your own journey of self.
