Eugénio da Costa Almeida is a Doctor in Social Sciences, specializing in International Relations (ISCSP-UTL, 2010). Researcher on International Studies Center (CEI-IUL, since 2010) and CINAMIL (I&D of Portuguese Military Academy, since 2014); currently conducts research for Postdoctoral on Security and Cooperation in the South Atlantic region.
