"...I really can't stand this life." Adjusting to the vampire lifestyle has not been easy for Jim and his friends Rob and Brandie. Every decision they make on their own is fraught with danger, uncertainty, and of course, blood. Three suburban teens must learn what it means to be vampires and how to handle their new lives. They have just a few problems though. They are currently listed as missing persons and cannot use their social security numbers for anything. Without identification they're trapped with a seemingly cold hearted vampire in an impossible life as vampires. The three rebellious teens yearn to get out on their own and try to find a way to get free from William, but finding a new life for themselves might get them or everyone else around them, killed. Their families don't know if they are alive or dead, and they need to keep it that way... Author Christopher Marcil has been a horror fan since he was ten years old, vampires are his favorite. His second novel, The Life of William Baxton, is based on one of the main characters in this debut novel Oh Life, Lovely Life.
