"Richard Galichon graduated from the City University of New York, Queens College, in 1990, earning a B.A. in Computer Science with honors. He attended business school at George Washington University in pursuit of an MBA while working full time, starting his career as a programmer/analyst at the world headquarters for a Fortune 3 company. He later expanded his studies in Machine Learning at Harvard. Since 2008, Richard has been the Founder and President of ViClo Technology, an Information Technology consulting practice in which he engages Fortune 500 companies as an Enterprise Lean Agile Coach. Richard is also an accomplished drummer, being a 3-time gold medalist and recording with two platinum-album selling artists. He also holds a 4th degree black belt in Chinese Goju Karate and teaches martial arts and self defense in Richmond, VA. Richard is happily married to Karen Galichon, M.D., and they have two wonderful children together, Violet and Chloe. "
