A collection of poems and short stories from the prolific Bristol-based poet, writer and artist, George Austin Wills that has been compiled with submissions from friends and family who have had the pleasure of receiving his musings over the years, each of whom were delighted to be able to contribute to this unique collection. This work takes us on a journey through strange, often moving prose; from the fantastical, to the prosaic, but always written with love.

Autorenporträt
George was born in Braunton, Devon, in August 1941 but has spent much of his life in and around the maritime city of Bristol. Now retired, George has enjoyed a checkered career: from tea-making on building sites, filing the jelly in porkpies, to project management for an aerospace company, and transporting nuclear warheads around the UK, to name a few. However, George never lost his passion for the creative arts - this collection being a testament to this passion. When George is not painting, writing or sculpting, he can be found contemplating the complexities of life whilst taking the bins out; something very apparent to devotees of his work, as can be seen in the collection.
