He has a vested interest in rail history, as his father was a trolley car motorman in Philadelphia, and his grandfather was a motorman in Washington, DC. David L. Weber is the author of Around Titusville. He volunteers for the Oil Creek and Titusville Railroad and has handled writing and research projects over the last 25 years, becoming an important source for historical information in the Titusville area.
