The author of the monograph is an oil geological engineer, an Albanian living in Tirana. For 40 years he has worked in the oil companies and the Petroleum Geological Institute.He has conducted 86 studies, reports, accounts, all defended in Scientific Councils, where are treated oil exploration and discovery, rational exploitation, expansion of oil
